The solar irrigation system uses solar energy to solve the drought-resistant water supply problem in arid areas. It is very mature in agricultural drought-resistant irrigation and has become a common demand of the photovoltaic industry and agricultural irrigation.
1. High water lifting efficiency: The solar irrigation system uses a new type of solar-specific photovoltaic water pump to greatly improve energy efficiency conversion. Compared with small and medium-sized water pumps, solar-specific photovoltaic water pumps can increase efficiency by more than 40%.
2. Low energy consumption and emissions: The solar irrigation system uses solar clean energy to reduce energy consumption such as diesel engines and electricity. According to data, for every kilowatt-hour of electricity saved, 0.4kg of standard coal is saved accordingly, effectively reducing emissions from pollution sources such as carbon, dust, carbon dioxide, and sulfur dioxide.
3. Low operating costs: There is no operating cost after the system is installed and put into operation. Based on a 25-year usage time calculation, the overall operating cost is equal to the cost of a diesel engine in about 3 years. As the efficiency of the solar panels decreases and oil prices rise, the number of years for which the unit cost remains flat will be shortened.
4. The solar irrigation system does not require supporting facilities, while traditional diesel engines and electric irrigation must be equipped with labor, equipment and power transmission and transformation facilities, especially the average cost of electricity is about 100,000 to 150,000 yuan per kilometer. In addition, the solar irrigation system can achieve energy-free and fully automated operation, which can save more than 90% of daily water extraction electricity and labor costs.
