The industrial and commercial photovoltaic power grid connection plan mainly involves the steps of enterprise users submitting grid connection applications, power supply companies conducting on-site surveys, power supply companies responding to access plans, enterprise users submitting access system design documents, power supply companies responding to design document review opinions, enterprise user engineering construction, enterprise users submitting grid connection acceptance and commissioning applications, and power supply companies completing grid connection acceptance and commissioning.


First, enterprise users need to submit grid connection applications to power supply companies, clearly expressing their willingness and needs to install photovoltaic power generation systems. Power supply companies will review applications, including on-site surveys, to assess the power demand of enterprise users and the feasibility of photovoltaic power generation systems. Then, power supply companies will propose access plans, including the scale of photovoltaic power generation systems, access methods, grid connection voltage levels, etc.


According to the access plan of the power supply company, enterprise users need to submit access system design documents, including photovoltaic module selection, inverter selection, bracket design, grid connection cabinets and wire selection, etc. The power supply company will review the design documents and put forward review opinions to ensure that the design meets relevant technical standards and safety specifications.


Next, enterprise users need to independently select construction units with corresponding qualifications to implement distributed photovoltaic power generation projects and access system projects based on the review opinions of the power supply company. During the construction process, relevant construction technology and safety standards of the industry and locality should be met.


After the project is completed, the enterprise user needs to submit an application for grid connection acceptance and commissioning to the power supply company. The power supply company will conduct grid connection acceptance and commissioning to ensure that the photovoltaic power generation system can be safely and stably connected to the grid for operation.


In terms of equipment selection, photovoltaic modules, inverters, brackets, grid-connected cabinets and wires are all key equipment. When selecting these equipment, factors such as efficiency, reliability, safety, compatibility and cost need to be considered. For example, the conversion efficiency of photovoltaic modules directly affects the power generation efficiency, while the efficiency of the inverter is related to the power generation efficiency of the entire system. The strength and stability of the bracket are related to the safe operation of the photovoltaic power generation system.


In general, the grid-connected scheme for industrial and commercial photovoltaic power generation needs to comprehensively consider the electricity demand of enterprise users, the technical feasibility of photovoltaic power generation systems, equipment selection, and the safety and stability of grid-connected operation.
